This 7 Days Uganda Adventure Safari : will take you through different attractions in Uganda for your safari. Your safari will begin with Queen Elizabeth National Park which is a home to various mammals like the tree climbing lions. Thereafter, head to Lake Bunyonyi for a canoe ride exploring different islands and nature walk. Actually, Lake Bunyonyi takes its name from the abundant bird life that call it home with over 200 bird species. Conclude with Lake Mburo National Park, the smallest of Uganda’s Savannah parks and here you will do a game drive and nature walk.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park - Equator experience

After breakfast, you will be picked by one of our representatives from who will brief you about the journey. Thereafter, you will embark on your journey Southwest wards to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have your first stopover at the Equator and here you will enjoy the equator experiments as well as take some photos. Have another stopover in Mbarara town for lunch and then proceed to the Park as you drive through the spectacular landscape. In fact, these are characterized with open grasslands, tea plantations, Ankole long horned cattle, etc. You will reach the park in the late afternoon and check in direct to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Game drive - Boat cruise

You will have breakfast early in the morning and later go for a game drive in the Kasenyi plains of Park. Here, you will have a chance of coming across lions, elephants, buffaloes, and abundance of different bird species. After lunch, you will go for an afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga channel which reward you with views of hippos, crocodiles, etc.

Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi - Boat ride

Have your morning breakfast and later depart for Lake Bunyonyi well known as the second deepest Lake in Africa. The word Bunyonyi generally means “small birds” therefore means that the lake is a must stopover for committed birders. Besides that; its serpentine shape and numerous islands are other highlights one must look out for. After checking in your lodge, you will go for a Canoeing and here you will be able to visit some of the Islands on the Lake. Actually, some of the Islands on the Lake were named according to the different bird species found here. Others were named for different reasons for example the Punishment Island which is the smallest. In fact, it was used by the Bakiga people to drop their girls who got pregnant before marriage. Here, you will also learn a lot about the people that inhabit the Islands.  Later you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Relax by Lake Bunyonyi

On this day, you will have a relaxed breakfast and later relax by the Lake or go for swimming. You can as well decide to go for a hike, interact with the community around or just relax.

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park 

Enjoy breakfast and later set off to Lake Mburo National Park which is the smallest Savannah park. Upon arrival, you will check in your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Nature walk - Evening game drive

Having your early breakfast, you will proceed for a walk in the presence of an armed ranger. During this nature walk, you will have an opportunity to encounter; zebras, giraffes, eland, topi, cape buffaloes, etc. Take the trail to the top of the hills and see Lake Mburo and beyond. From this vantage point, you will also have a great view of 9 of the twelve crater lakes surrounding Lake Mburo National Park. After lunch, go for an evening game drive in the park, here you can see impalas, zebras, water bucks, etc. Get back to the lodge to enjoy your last evening in the park.

Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe

You will have a relaxed breakfast and then start your journey back to Kampala/Entebbe. You will make a stopover along the way for lunch and later proceed with your journey. You will arrive in Kampala/Entebbe in the afternoon, dropped at your hotel or Airport depending on your flight arrangements.
